Control Panel

Signum Framework Extensions allow users to create fully customized graphical reports and integrate them into search engines or control panels.

Customizable reports in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Often a business has reporting requirements which are too specific for a generic solution.

Our search engine (LINQ) and our reporting system allows us to create any Excel or Word file using the capabilities of Microsoft Office 2007 or higher.

Relocation

Our applications are ready to support multiple languages, cultures (date and number formats), currencies and time zones.

Authorization

Signum.Authorization allows an advanced user to have full control over the system of roles and users. Furthermore, our powerful system allows you to define the rules of what can or cannot be done once the application is deployed.

In particular to determine:

What types of entities can be viewed, modified or created by a user.

e.g. An operator who cannot see invoices or who can view customer data but not modify it.

Which operations can be executed by a user.

e.g. Only the store manager can mark a product as sold out and ask for more stock.

Which querys (search engines) may or may not be seen by a user.

e.g. In accounting you can see the queries that relate customers with contracts, but not in any other department.

Which fields of an entity can be viewed or modified by a user. The field will disappear from the edit screen as with all the search engines.

e.g. No one can see the "Unpaid" of a client, except accounting, who also can modify it.

The permission for the institutions belonging to a special group of entities (may require modifications in the application).

e.g. Teachers can only see the califications of their own students.

Other special permission in cases not covered above.

e.g. An accounting administrator can only approve invoices totaling less than $ 1,000.

Traceability

At all times our applications register which transactions have been executed on each particular entity, when and by whom.
